Mr. Ashok Sood

My interview with Mr. Ashok Sood of Sudsons Pvt. Ltd was really a very good learning experience. How he and his brother with hard work, determination, will power to succeed in life with patience and belief in their capabilities all helped in reaching to what position they are today. He has really proved that if a person wants to achieve what he wants and he has that determination he will get that thing. He has taught us that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. He started his enterprise in 1976 as a partnership firm then in 1996 he formed a company. They deal in textiles mainly shawls, stoles and scarves. Now they are even exporting to countries like Italy, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, etc. He believed until and unless a businessman himself is not involved in business at every level he should not expect the workers to be bothered. He is a man who believes in Carrot and stick approach. . His success mantra is “To Set Target and Achieve Predetermined Goals in a Specified Period.” His proper planning led him to the path of success. He made necessary changes with time to sustain and grow in today’s competitive era. It was a great experience to know all this and to understand that in the end HARD WORK really PAYS YOU.
